“Es war wieder ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, sehr nettes und höfliches Personal, besonders Jewgeni aus dem Servicebereich ist hervorzuheben, ich habe ihn vor 3 Jahren bei meinem Besuch im Arkona kennengelernt und habe mich auch diesmal sehr gefreut, ihn wieder zu sehen. Er ist sehr fleißig und äußerst höflich. Hat seine Augen überall ! Der Wellnessbereich ist unschlagbar, diverse Saunen und der Pool sind phantastisch. Man kann sich kaum entscheiden, geht man zum Strand oder zum Pool. Alles in allem……
