“The property allowed my family and I to enjoy the Arkansas landscape in privacy and kept us close to nature. Had me day dreaming about buying my own property in the ozark mountains one day. The property manager did a great job communicating the expectations. Made for an easy trip. ”

“The home is absolutely gorgeous. Every amenity you could think of is provided. All you need to bring is your clothes and toothbrush! The beds were heavenly, the view was majestic, and the location is central to all good trails for motorcycle rides. Thank you for sharing your home!”

“We stayed at leatherwood for one night and headed a couple of miles down the road to the outfitter before starting our paddle trip. Leatherwood is a great and spacious house with everything you need. If you’re driving in the dark the sign can be a bit hard to see but if you’re looking out for it, it’s no problem at all! Would absolutely come back!”

“This small house is super cute. And it has all the amenities we wanted, including an outdoor hot tub and laundry machines in the big bathroom. Oh, and the central air conditioning worked great.I'm 6'8"so it was unfortunately short for me inside. I couldn't stand up straight in there. And the door frame of course made the entry even lower. But the shower, surprisingly, is not very low in comparison.Be ready for some gravel country roads, because you have to drive on a mile and a half of gravel to……

“We loved our stay at the Rock House! The home was clean and comfortable. John and his daughter Amy were very accommodating. We got to visit with John a couple of times. He showed us how to get to the river, both on the property and from a nearby public road and even provided us plenty of firewood. There were a lot of ticks by the river so I recommend bringing tick spray. I suspect it has to to with the time of year rather than location because this was not the only spot we picked them up and……

“The property was really nice! It was very clean and updated. They provided the "little" things that made the stay that much nicer, such as: coffee/filters, sugar/creamer, a few snacks, q-tips, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, etc. The towels were very thick and soft. Nice sheets. The only thing to note was the last part of the drive up to the house was rough gravel for approx 4 miles. The owners can't help this, of course, but is good for people to know in advance! Any car could drive it, but it……
