“The condo itself for what we needed for a weekend getaway was good, and clean. The location is great, surrounding area super, beach access amazing, working pool, good wash off station, grills are a great accommodation. The building infrastructure could have some TLC but overall we are happy with the stay and cost, and as mentioned the apartment is fine. We will be returning 2 more times this summer for a weekend mini vacay. ”

“This is an older complex with a homey, beachy feeling to it. The manager was very responsive with any questions I might have. The pool was heated and clean. It’s within walking distance restaurants. I really enjoyed my five weeks here. ”

“It was a very old complex. It was clean and we liked the location and the bed was very comfortable. The doorwall off the bedroom balcony didn’t lock well and was very drafty. The front door was very temperamental it opened with a key pad. The manager gave me the code for the lock box with the key. I had to use the key half the time. The parking lot was always full and we had to park across the street and it was hard finding a spot there during bike week. I won’t be returning.”

“Condominium was perfectly located, squeaky clean, and very nicely furnished, decorated, and equipped...particularly the kitchen. We would stay again...highly recommended. ”

“It was overall nice. The view was nice and the rooms were comfortable the toilet was running water due to the handle being loose but the staff responded quickly ro fix it. Since the unit is by the elevator we could hear the constant ‘ding’ of the elevator. If they could make that ‘ding’ less loud that would be very helpful. ”

“Overall, it was a nice (but small) unit, and communication with the owner was easy. Check-in and check-out were also seamless. The unit was clean and had everything we needed, including a coffee pot. The bedroom bed and Murphy bed were comfortable, but the sofa bed was not. The VRBO ad for the property needs updating, however. It states that it's an 8-bedroom unit which is obviously incorrect, as it then goes on to describe only 3 bedrooms. In actuality, this is a 1 BR unit with a sofa bed and……
