“Have visited this hotel several times over a 15 year period and the standards are just as high. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and courteous and whilst the service is definitely 5 star, there is still a relaxed atmosphere and it does not feel stuffy which can be the case with many top end hotels.”

“This hotel has the most amazing views. We had the family suite which was spacious and great for our family. The restaurant was good for dinner. I would contact the hotel before you arrive to find the best way up the hill. Our navigation took us up the steepest, narrowest way and it was a bit harrowing. ”

“Das Appartement liegt auf dem höchsten Punkt Parrasios - so manche Treppe muss man steigen durch diesen wunderbaren, alten Stadtteil Imperias mit seinen großen, herrlichen Palazzi. es gibt viel zu entdecken an Historie, an kleinen Gässchen und verschlungenen Wegen sowie wunderbaren ursprünglichen wie auch hervorragenden neuen Restaurants. Das Appartement ist extrem sauber und gut geführt, Alessio kümmert sich rührend.”

“This place is in a perfect location in Sanremo. We walked 5 minutes from the train station to the apartment. The apartment has great balcony views of the sea with enough space for our family to stay. The host was accommodating upon our arrival by helping set up the trundle bed in the primary bedroom for our toddler. We would stay here again!”

“Wir reisten vom 09.-16.09.2023 nach Sanremo. Am 13.09.2023 folgte ein guter Bekannter. Der Vermieter, Gianni, spricht gut Deutsch und betreute uns den gesamten Aufenthalt. Am 10.09.2023 nahmen wir das Angebot an, Sanremo per Stadtrundfahrt zu erkunden. So erhielten wir auch Tipps, wie wir über Treppenzugänge rasch an den Strand kommen oder wo man einkaufen kann. Auch Empfehlungen zu Restaurants verschiedener Ausrichtung erhielten wir. Sehr nah liegt ein Coop und hinsichtlich Strand gibt es viele……

“This property was beyond our expectations. Not only were the staff friendly always, the hotel gave back to its guests. Unusual in my experience. Breakfast and beach lounges included in the room rate. Pop sickles or watermelon passed out to cool you while you sunbathe as well as water. Live music every evening. The town itself totally walkable. Wonderful wonderful. ”
