“Check in was offered to us earlier which was fantastic with no extra fee, the room we had was for three people but had space for 5 so the rooms were so spacious - the only down was that on our last day, despite our check out being 12pm a member of staff knocked on the door and walked in to our room at 9:30am without waiting for a reply, our do not disturb sign was also on the door - apart from that, everything was great.”
