“Quickly through friendly check in, room ready even though arrived a bit early. Good lunch options in large bar & restaurant area. Short walk into town.”
“Although a 30-min walk from the town, it's in a nice spot, has a modern feel to it and is comfortable. The pool was good, the breakfast alright and the bar ok too.”
“We had booked for 1 night in Ocean Sands but Enniscrone so beautiful & thankfully there was availability in the B&B next door where we could avail of the ocean Sands facilities so we checked in for a 2nd night..
Family gathering but unfortunately 2 couples with very tired & young children didn't get into their rooms till 6pm following an afternoon on the beach ...
Overall, v welcoming hotel,couldn't fault our stay & will definitely be back there.

“Stayed here for a week as a base to mooch around Mayo where my family roots are. Hotel decor is a little tired here and there but that did not affect our enjoyment or not make hotel VFM. Lots of friendly local/Irish staff, which I think helps to add warmth to the atmosphere and is perhaps unusual for this size of hotel - perhaps because of Westport’s size? Food is great. Had been meaning to climb Croagh Patrick for a while and finally got round to it this time. This is not for the feint-hearted……
