“The home is cosy and the host is super friendly. However, there is not a really third room but a single sofa bed which is not comfortable. Also, the host is living downstairs and will occasionally give you some advice when necessary. ”

“This property offered a great water view and plenty of space, which made it perfect for our group of eight to stay comfortably. While the home hasn’t had many updates since it was originally built, we actually found that added to its charm.The backyard could use a bit of landscaping and cleanup, but the outdoor seating was great—we enjoyed appetizers out there and even did some fishing off the dock.One downside was that the master bathroom didn’t have hot water, though the other three bathrooms……

“Comfortable and clean property. The owner is wonderful to work with. We would highly recommend.”

“Jose is an excellent host. He will help you with local recommendations and anything else you might need on your trip. The accommodations are very comfortable and there is a nice space for the guest to be outside in the backyard. The host really helped make my stay in California a pleasant one. ”

“My family really enjoyed staying at this townhouse. It is beautifully furnished but also comfortable. It worked really well for our two children (ages 15 and 12). Street parking was very easy as is highway access. I would absolutely stay again! ”

“The home had plenty of space for our family of 5, and it was updated nicely. Beds were comfy and the owner was easy to contact. The only negative was parking--there is a garage and gated driveway on the property, but other residents often parked in front of the gate, making it impossible for us to park. On multiple occasions we knocked on neighbors' doors until we found someone who could move the cars. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay, and in spite of that, we would stay here again.”

Our main reason for booking this location. (Water not clean or hot. We asked for it to be looked at but they unable to fix during our stay. ”

“We give our children a trip each year for their birthdays. This year, our son and his wife chose Napa. The house was perfectly located in Napa, within walking distance of high quality restaurants, and short driving distances to the wineries we visited. The beds were comfy, and we loved unwinding every night in the awesome hot tub!”
