“This is the perfect Napa vacation house. Napa is not just about the wine. The Napa Valley Modern Bungalow is a short walk to everything great about downtown Napa. Breakfast at Winston’s is steps away (a must) tasting rooms, art, shopping, music and tons of delicious food without getting in a car- and all of that before we even discuss the house.The house is on a quiet side street, beautiful natural light floods the space”

“The property was easy to find and provided what my family and I needed for our trip. The location allows for ease of travel via ferry or car. Also, David was awesome to work with and was extremely flexible.”

“Alex was a great host. He was proactive when he noticed the temp dropping in the house and wanted to get it taken care of ASAP. We liked the temp at 67 so we weren’t concerned but Alex reached out to me directly to make sure we were okay. Beautiful little space. Perfect for my husband and I. It was adorable, clean, had plenty of coffee and options for coffee. The neighbor helps with the trash and was also super friendly. I would absolutely recommend this VRBO, and truly, any VRBO that Alex has.……

“The Corner Cottage is a lovingly restored cottage next door to the owner/host and within walking distance to amazing food, wine tastings and sites in downtown Napa. We highly recommend it Susan was an amazing host!”

“The owner was quick to respond and checked on us when the power went out. The alarm system was a bit of an annoyance. It chirped our whole stay, even after we replaced the battery in the smoke detector. To be fair we did not contact the owner with this complaint. We were so busy with funeral services that we just did not have the energy. Also the dishwasher is in need of some attention ”

“Retro modern home, with a spectacular view and lovely neighbors ”

“this property is elegant, yet comfortable. It is roomy and cozy. Five of us stayed there and there was plenty of room for us each to have proximity and space. I can’t imagine wanting to be anywhere else if I come back. The hosts were accessible and responsive, this property is absolutely gorgeous and so close to downtown. All five of us loved it and highly recommended it. ”

“This home is a comfortable hang out spot. We played lots of games as table comfortably seats at least 8. Close to the Ox Bow Market, Downtown Napa and the river. Charming place with a separate casita in back. Nice hot tub and lovely yard.”
