“What is there to say. I have stayed here before and my experience has been nothing but exceptional. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. The only downfall is you can not get into the place unless its closer to noon and those that arrive early is not able to leave their bags until check in. ”

“The hosts are amazing, they were always available when we had questions. Responded in a timely manner, I appreciate them. Comfortable and cozy beds, cute condo. It was a bit out of the way of attractions but definitely everything is within day trip distance. Highly recommend getting a rental car if you plan to site see. Shoes are not allowed , which is fine, we do not wear shoes in our home either but the carpets and rugs are dirty and stained so it felt uncomfortable wearing no shoes in……

“This was our first stay here at this location. We travel to St Pete a ton and haven’t come across this gem! I absolutely loved it and so did my kids! The front desk was so kind and gave my kids juice, I believe her name was Katie but I can’t remember, but she was so sweet and took time to explain where our room was and even helped me out with the code to enter our room! Thank you a ton! The beds and pillows were my absolute favorite!! I haven’t had a good night sleep in so long, I need to know……

“All of the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The space is modern with fun decor. The available morning breakfast and 24/7 coffee/tea were both really nice. “We found this gem over July 4th weekend. If you are looking for a pet friendly place to stay in the heart of downtown Dunedin, this is it! Our room was comfortable with plenty of space for us and our dog. We had an outside patio with a small grassy area for a quick bathroom break for the pup. Incredibly convenient.They keep the grounds incredibly clean and tidy. The staff,excellent. So nice and welcoming. It’s in walking distance to everything in downtown. There is a fun beach vibe outdoor……
