“My Family had a small reunion at Portage Lake. The cabin ended up being the perfect meeting spot. We had dinner there every night. The grill and burners outside were perfect for a clambake and grilling. We sat by the fire pit, with the children fishing, riding bikes and making smores. “We had a wonderful experience. Great location close to grocery and live bait. When we arrived everything looked great. Check in procedure was easy and communication was excellent. Internet wasn’t working when we arrived, likely weather related from high winds and bad weather the previous day. I contacted the host and she promptly got ahold of the service provider and got the issue resolved quickly. We got hit with 18 inches of snow the night before leaving.
