“We were staying in room 106 which was a few stairs below the actual 1/F, that means you might need to carry your luggage going down the stairs. Luckily the staff was helpful who would help you. The first day we checked in, finding that there was no kettle I. The room and reception told us that the kettle would be ready in day 2 which was quite random!”

“Super convenient whether you’re spending time in the heart of Lisbon, traveling by train to see Sintra, or by bus to Lx Factory. Friendly front desk, will pick you up at the airport and many many dining locations near by. 10/10 would stay here again. ”

“The hotel is extremely clean from the time you step into the Lobby. Rooms and washrooms were new and clean. Excellent beds that are very comfortable. The staff was welcoming and explained with a map where to park. They surprised me with dessert and champagne since it was my Birthday stay. The location is very convenient. A quick walk to Alfama, Praca do Comercio & Rua Augusta. ”
