“The following has nothing to do with the rating, it is merely to inform potential renters:Online this is listed as 2 full bedrooms with 2 queen beds plus a common area with a queen sofa bed. This is only a 1 bedroom house. The owners were made aware and said they would fix it on the Vrbo website. Also, being an older restored house, you can hear every movement the upstairs tenants make. And I mean every little footstep. Earplugs were provided in case we needed them for this reason, or the……

“There was a maintenance issue and I was unable to stay at this location— however, I was contacted ahead of time by the owner and given an opportunity to stay at another nearby location with similar amenities. The owner was open, communicative, and honest, and I would recommend booking with them no matter which location you may find available.”

“We had such a wonderful stay here! The neighborhood is beautiful and full of historical homes with fascinating stories. It's a short walk to great local restaurants, Brown Coffee absolutely won my heart and I wish there was one closer to me. The overall space was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The property managers (Matt and Dave) were very considerate and polite and were more than happy to answer any questions that arose. We had such an amazing experience and I hope we get to come back……
