“Firstly, parking is inconvenient. You have to park a block or more away so as not to get ticketed by the city. The property this building resides on is a mess. You practically walk through a cluttered jungle of overgrown landscaping, not to mention the mosquitoes and spiders hanging between trees and bushes you have to trudge between to get to our stay.
