“I reccomend the Hostel to use another cleaning company. We had to ask for garbage removal, and new towels. Floors had obvious dust , but was’nt cleaned( one weeks stay) also had to ask for coffie cups/more coffie. No chairs to sit on( double room) MOLD in the shower, told reception twice, nothing was done, bough our own MOLD remover. Then the «cleaners» took our bottle!! And denied it to the Hostel staff:-( We got compensation from the Hostel. Other than that, good breakfast, burgers and……

“My family of 4 (two adults, two teens) rented a private family room with a private bathroom. The room was very clean and minimalistic. The hostel is in a great location--a short walk to nearby subway and above-ground train stations and adjacent to neighborhoods with lots of good restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The beds are surprisingly comfortable. You really cannot beat the price for what you get!”

“上次来柏林订的这家酒店觉得位置非常好，交通方便，周围还有好吃的市场所以这次又订了这家，没想到超级失望。订的和上次一样的房型，双人间带公共浴室，结果这一次房间里就没有洗手池，下去和前台说了一下结果他说不可能，带他上来一看发现真的没有，商量换房间，结果他说这两天球赛都满了不可能，态度也非常敷衍，真的觉得反差太大，本来就是冲着屋里有洗手池订的。另外公共浴室的洗手池很小，屋内的灯光很昏暗，虽然位置好，但下次绝不会再来”
