“We really enjoyed our stay in one of the cabins at Highlands resort. It was at the tail end of a long road trip and it was probably our favorite stay of the entire trip. The overall setup is just enough for city slickers like us to feel like we're a tad off the beaten path without sacrificing any creature comforts. You basically get all of the amenities of a hotel room in a setting that seems to encourage you to disconnect and unplug. It's super quiet and the fresh air is conducive to a good……

“对于中国来的小伙伴，我是非常建议来这里体验，最理想是两晚上。房车里面提供了全部餐具及厨具，而且露营车不会给你收拾房间。注意部分避雷，火堆建议买合成木料，就是大块烧4.5小时那种，一个晚上准备两块够了。路边有卖木柴的，但是业余露营的不建议买。那是高手用的，难着，火弱，易灭。如果要在营地做饭的食物要带够，虽然附近有超级市场。附近有个州立公园适合远足，时间控制在五小时左右。”

“We came in winter and we were the only one group of guest on that day. Room is not large but enough for two people. Water pressure for shower is not as good as normal hotel, which may due to their location.”

Only thing they didn’t have for both days we stayed was the complimentary coffee station at the lodge . They kept saying we have complimentary coffee in our rooms . ”

“My son and I had a great time staying here. Staff was nice and helpful. The tents are a good size, clean, and beds are comfortable with heated blankets. Nice big clean pool. It was nice to have our own fire pit to roast S’mores. Some other reviews I read were saying the bathrooms were bad but I really didn’t think so. This property is beautiful and we will definitely be back again. ”
