“Best hotel we visited in Romania and the service was impeccable. Adriana and Delyana went above and beyond in recommendations, help with a train issue to Sibiu and providing us with all the drinking water we needed (which was a lot). The service was better than at most 5-6 star branded hotels. And I've stayed in many over the years for business.
