“Very cozy, super clean, and rooms were very comfortable. The weekend we stayed there ended up being 100 degree weather, but the house stayed nice and cool. We wanted to check out Fresno state college for my soon to be senior, and it was only a short drive away. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. There was a house party down the way on Saturday night with a full DJ outside (looked like a great party!), but as soon as we got in the house we couldn’t hear much and slept just fine so the windows……

“My family and myself enjoyed the property very much. Home was clean in and out. The home had everything and more. Full functional kitchen with kitchenware if needed to use. Game room as well as bbq if you wanted to enjoy it. Walking distance to food and dessert. Plenty of room and comforting atmosphere. Will be booking again at this residence in the future with my family.”

“Beat all of our expectations by far! Stephanie is amazing and thought of everything you could possibly need. Her tips and helpful suggestions, along with personal touches, made our trip so much better. It saved us time and allowed us first hand knowledge of Yosemite and Bass Lake. We had a blast and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future. There's a great restaurant, the Marina at Bass Lake, with good food and music and also rentals for all types of water sporting fun! It was so nice……

“Beautiful, five couples slept peacefully! Has everything you need. ”

“We had a fantastic stay at this home. We were looking for a home that would accommodate my 19 year-old son with Autism (hence, the pool - he loves to swim), and my 16 year-old son who has an orthopedic impairment (no stairs, all one level). My husband and I envisioned a quiet place to sit out on a deck/patio, read, relax, listen to the sounds of nature and not have to worry about our boys. This home checked all the boxes and then some. “Home was conveniently located near larger lake-front home that was the location of our family reunion. Nice homey feel in the pines. Large deck is great for morning breakfast. The remotes for both bedroom lights turned on both bedroom lights, so that was inconvenient when someone needed a light on during the night.”
