“We stayed in Vivanta to attend a local wedding. Cannot fault the hotel and the staff. They were extremely hospitable, catered to all our needs at odd hours, were of great help when my son got sick in the middle of the night, gave me late check out on request. Chaitanya was very helpful, thanks.”

“It is located in the Infotech park and it just take less than 15 minutes to Phase 2 or Phase 3. Hotel staff are helpful and nice.”

“The hotel staff is highly unaccommodating and unfriendly. They lack basic common sense and logical reasoning. The customer experience as a result of hotel staffs in sensitivity is horrendous. If they continue in this fashion, I don’t see this hotel has a future in the next few years, we had a horrible, horrible check-in experienceand the hotel staff just lacks empathy and basic understanding of hotel management. ”

“The resort had speakers at various spots, and they played religious chants from 5:30 am to 7:00 am, and again in the evening around 7:00 pm tp 8:00 pm. That is not ok. I don't go to a nature resort to have music/chants on speakers and be disturbed or woken up by such things. Also, they may want to specify that there is no in-room food service.”

“Hotel rooms are much smaller compared to their regular hotels considering its a "express" hotel. Is good for 1 person to max 2 people. Overall Check in time was too much and it was frustrating. Apparently the check in process is very slow. The check in time was 3pm still the room wasn't ready so even after completing the check in formalities at front desk/ check in counter, still had to wait for 20-25 mins before I could go to the room as it was getting ready. But other than check in process -……

“The staff were v attentive and helpful. Esp happy with Indrajit. The only negative was the fact that they on Sundays they do not have any a l carte restaurant service - we had to have an expensive buffet which we were to tired to do any justice to. ”
