“Property was a bit tired in places. Overall cleanliness was good but public areas of building not so clean. Outside of property the large bins were full and overflowing. There are only about 3 parking spaces which were occupied by works vans. Not a good property if you have a car. Handy property for motorway. ”

“Washing machine didn't work. Helpline never answered. Sent someone to look at Washing machine but couldn't fix. Cooker had missing buttons. Boiler water mains was turned off and with no help turned this on myself after 24 hrs. Creaky sofa bed, broken blinds and door handles. Didnt smell nice. Bad experience ”

“I like the overall living environment. However it would be better if bellow can be improved: 1) “Clippers Quay” which is a quite big community with service apartments. It’s really hard for travelers to find the right place to check-in (get the keys) unless you call the house owner and wait for him sending staff to pick you up. In fact, the room is not located in the building which showed in Expedia intro photo (all the other way round…it makes traveller confused and inconvenienced especially……

“Great staff, couldn’t do enough to help Just make sure you sort the car park out as NCP is odd, having the app already helps! Hotel itself clean, tidy and nicely finished. It is a wedding venue so so be aware there can be loud music , having a basement room makes it fine and it didn’t bother us. Breakfast really good too”
