The hotel concierge sent everything via next day service to our hotel in London. We were so nervous about not getting our passports as we had to leave the country in a few days. “I like the overall living environment. However it would be better if bellow can be improved: 1) “Clippers Quay” which is a quite big community with service apartments. It’s really hard for travelers to find the right place to check-in (get the keys) unless you call the house owner and wait for him sending staff to pick you up. In fact, the room is not located in the building which showed in Expedia intro photo (all the other way round…it makes traveller confused and inconvenienced especially……
