“Nice stay”

“1. I book the transportation service for two person with confirmation from the hotel.But when I landed in Sofia I waited in the airport for half an hour.Nobody waiting in the airport as promised by hotel.We I go outside of the airport,I saw the car of the hotel.The driver told me the reservation has been canceled.He had to pick up a group..So I could only a terrible old taxi to hotel.And the hotel charge me 24 euro in total!!When I checking,I asked the reason why the hotel did not inform me in……

“Staff are wonderful the check-in was easy. The room was beautifully appointed and had modern facilities everywhere. I would’ve gotten a great night sleep except there was ruckus noise outside on the street which kept me awake. I also didn’t see any blackout curtains although there might’ve been, which meant that light was pouring into the room all night. I really love this hotel and will definitely come back and I hope they can sort out some of the problems. ”

“Super Unterkunft mit sehr nettem Gastgeber, der viel über die Geschichte Bulgariens erzählen kann und auch gerne Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants gibt. Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Die Lage ist auch sehr praktisch, das historische Zentrum ist zu Fuß oder mit Straßenbahn/U-Bahn super zu erkunden.”

“Hotel collegato al centro tramite pochi bus, seppure non troppo distante. Belle le stanze, molto moderne, pulizia ottima. Personale parla poco l’inglese.”

“I have comment their check in was cold and no welcoming. The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart. Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk.”

“酒店房間寬躺舒適，距離機場只需約5分鐘車程。如需要乘座來往酒店的免費巴士，必須先於酒店官方網頁預約，大約半小時一次。留意機埸並沒有巴士站的牌子，要留意”

“Lovely little family run hotel. Very close to Boyana Church. There are a few parking places in the rear. No AC so be prepared if going in the summer. Quiet location. Helpful owner gave us directions to nearby restaurants.”

“Everything was perfect with the exception of the lobby has no coffee and the restaurants are not open. If you want coffee early in the morning there is espresso in the rooms, but for regular plain old coffee could not find any but our stay was wonderful.”
