“1. I book the transportation service for two person with confirmation from the hotel.But when I landed in Sofia I waited in the airport for half an hour.Nobody waiting in the airport as promised by hotel.We I go outside of the airport,I saw the car of the hotel.The driver told me the reservation has been canceled.He had to pick up a group..So I could only a terrible old taxi to hotel.And the hotel charge me 24 euro in total!!When I checking,I asked the reason why the hotel did not inform me in……

“The lovely gentleman at the front escorted us to our room, and we had a welcome gift of cake! The view was breathtaking and the panorama restaurant on top of the hotel is both delicious and has another beautiful view of Sofia. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel. ”

“Sehr schönes neues Hotel mit riesigen Zimmern, super gemühtlichen und grossen Betten - 2m breit. Man erreicht das Metro in wenigen Minuten, das Paradise Center ebenfalls. Ich würde jedem empfehlen bei Happy in Paradise Center essen zu gehen. Wir würden wieder kommen.”
