The place was family run and everyone we encountered was brilliant, all working together & multitasking, like a well oiled machine. We stopped in room 12 on the 1st floor, it even had a little balcony with astro turf, table & chairs to allow us to sit out and watch the sunset over the trees in the distance. “Had a lovely one night stay. Richard and Karen were very good hosts. Room was nice, with a very comfortable bed. Good facilities, en-suite. Nice touch was the fresh milk in the fridge, just outside the room for tea and coffee, along with a couple of bottles of water. Also had a couple of bars of chocolate on the hospitality tray! Although property is in centre of town it is on a small side road and is very quiet. Parking is nearby, which Richard directs you to and is very reasonably priced.……

“We were only there for one night and couldn’t fault the accommodation . My only complaint was the price of breakfast. I agree you could have the continental and the full English but if you only wanted continental you would pay same price of £15. So we opted for no breakfast. ”
