We had a Mountain View in #302 from each of the two oversized windows. It was nice having a keurig, microwave and cooler. We were a bit confused by the TV, we are apple t. People so it took a minute to figure out the Roku. parking confusion got straightened out quickly with a phone call. walked on the trails nearby, too and were only minutes from charming……

They need to solve the driving back up the mountain to property from Park City problem at gate… pretty stupid to have a guard tell guests they have to use funicular to return but we could drive our vehicle down the mountain no problem from the hotel?!? and the valet actually drove our vehicle back up as we rode the funicular?!?
Also the fine dining option Rime needs some attention to food quality. The Brasserie and poolside offerings……

“We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.”
