“Staff was nice. Clean rooms. Good price. But pool ceiling needs repair and pool was too cold. ”

“This property is located in an area where many old, beautiful homes are being restored, but it is also about a half mile from what appeared to be a soup kitchen. The town appears to have somewhat of a homeless problem, but it would probably be safe enough during the day. This is a residential area with no restaurant, so you'll need a car. My two biggest disappointments with this property were that there was no breakfast and no staff. It could be a great bed & breakfast, and maybe that is the……

“Great one night stay after a bad experience at the Moxy - Downtown Columbia and a Police raid during check-in at the Aloft. What's up with Columbia? The Moxy check-in at the bar was a nightmare. A long line of folks waiting to check-in as bartenders were attending drunks - not cool, cutting edge or even remotely hip. The Staff at the Graduate was prompt, incredibly kind and parking was a breeze. ”

“We had an amazing stay. The front desk was very helpful to all our needs. The room was very clean and spacious. I would recommend this place highly. ”

“Great location. Everything feels new. Plenty of close parking (paid by app $12 per day/night). Have a bar that serves food in the lobby (5pm to 10pm); great atmosphere but they need a wait person to help the bartenders. Too long a wait for food and drinks as the 2 bartenders doing it all were slammed. Will stay here again. ”
