“I just wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for such a wonderful and welcoming stay. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and charm of the home. It truly felt like a modern beach hut—stylish, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared.The walk to the bay and beach was absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of our trip. “Excellent stay and great location for many in the area. Even a Dunkin' Donuts across the street. Plenty of room, large back yard and deck to enjoy. Every amenity you can possibly need! Owner was very cordial if needed. Highly recommend! ”

“We went for 1 night, a group of seven women. The beds are mostly doubles so one of us had to sleep on the pull-out couch, but it was comfortable. Middletown is quiet and gorgeous and we especially enjoyed the proximity to Newport. We had some small issues but they were resolved. Overall a very nice experience.”

“We were there for JWU Graduation and it was a great location. Walking distance to Amica Pavilion and so many great restaurants right around the corner. Spacious for the family and included a parking spot. Could use a few new mattresses and bed frame upgrades. A working light on the steps to entrance would have been helpful. Blackout curtains would be great for room#1 that has a street lamp in front of it. A bit more kitchen amenities (enough plate settings for 8, more cups and silverware……
