“We were given a handi cap room which was not the best as everything was low sink, bed ect. We were not informed prior to our stay I would have booked elsewhere. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). “The hotel is very clean, nice and beautiful. They have a big, nice garden and is well managed. It gives you a pleasant environment that you relax and can walk around enjoying the atmosphere. “The area around Box Hill is beautiful. Some nice little nature areas within strolling distance. Good star-gazing. Staff at the pub were great, as were the locals. Excellent local ciders and ales. Food was great too, great ploughman's lunch. Amazing place to watch the sunset and see the lights of Bath in the distance. ”
