“beautiful and grand - the hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed in Shanghai! Service is excellent and location is right at the heart of the Bund which is perfect for visitors like myself to check out all the top tourist spots + have an evening stroll along the river. rooms are well maintained and very comfortable.”

“A beautiful hotel, love the balcony and the bed is very comfortable. Staffs were nice and helpful. However, the room cleaning could be improve a lot, the floor with a lot stains was a bit disappointed at such room rate. And probably the hotel is too new, most taxi driver couldn’t find the hotel from local map App. ”

“住宿當天點了一份凱撒沙拉，結果裡面有頭髮，我是非常訝異的，這樣一流的飯店在飲食品質控管上沒有處理好。另外浴室天花板也掉落東西。但，飯店人員服務非常好，危機處理也很好，立刻幫我們升等到江景套房，也立刻補充我們點的餐點，且另外加了水果彌補一切。江景很美及服務人員的態度，讓我們忘了原先的缺失。謝謝🙏”

“Attentive, efficient and professional service — from Front desk, concierge, room service, lobby lounge, guest service, and last but not the least, housekeeping… the hotel is very well managed and makes us feel welcomed. Location is convenient right on Suzhou River, beautiful small parks and only 10 minutes walk to the Bund. 靜中帶旺. It’s our fifth stay and we look forward to our next visit. ”
