“Amazing hotel, however the first room given would not be classed as 5 star due to the view over unsightly gravel ground . Second room was lovely however. ”

Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again. ”
