“The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is amazing. They give you lots of options for breakfast. I didn’t like that I didn’t get any rags until my last day. The beds were not made but the room was clean. I will definitely recommend this hotel and I will be staying again. ”

“The staff here was excellent and really made us feel welcomed and helped us with everything we needed. They also recommended local spots! Room service comes every day, and they text you to ask what time they should come. There are some delicious restaurants in the area within walking distance, as well as a grocery store, so there’s a lot around. It feels safe to walk during the day, and mostly safe to walk at night. The beaches are a little farther away than advertised. We ended up taking……

“Amazing Hotel staff ,location was right in the middle of Old San Juan. We walked everywhere we went. No elevator was a pain but manageable and very small rooms and bathrooms. Our door handle on the room was not secure and the bolts kept coming out of the door. Didn’t feel like our room was secure. ”

“Wonderful accommodations - one of the best hotel beds ever! Great location with easy access to the variety of locations we were visiting.”

“We had a very nice terrace room on the Calle San Jose side of the building and the Saturday and Sunday night noise from a bar up the street was very loud well beyond midnight. They were having fun. That is my only complaint ”
