“We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mousai From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff, bell service, and restaurant team provided excellent, attentive service that made us feel welcomed and well cared for. The property itself is beautiful and offers a relaxing, enjoyable atmosphere. On another note, we were disappointed by the persistent push to attend the 75-minute presentation. We kindly told Alejandro multiple times that we weren’t interested, yet he continued to text us, even saying this……

“Está lejos de lo que es el centro de vallarta, pero si te gusta la aventura y la naturaleza es ideal para ti, el personal muy amable ya las habitaciones de 10, si tu idea es relajarte será ideal, pero si lo que quieres es conocer vallarta, si considera que estarás en una montaña y cada que subes y bajas es terracería y si te tomará tiempo”

“Best kept secret hotel. Brand new, extremely clean, great roof top pool and security guard at the door. Love the decor of the rooms and the rooftop which offered incredible views of the Romantic Zone. I would definitely recommend everyone. ”
