“I recently spent a week at Casa Ritual in Puerto Vallarta, and it was an exceptional experience. The villa’s beautiful architecture is creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. I stayed in the Superior, 1 Queen bed room with 2 windows and was very pleased with it. The service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Whether it was assistance with early check-in, local recommendations or prompt service at the on-site restaurant, their hospitality was……

“The hotel was nice, rooms were nice, the shower was lovely and hot and powerful, the toiletries were nice too, plenty of towels provided, face clothes and a hair dryer. The bed was a little hard for my liking and pillows a little flatter than I usually like but comfortable bed overall, good fan and AC too. Great location close to the main streets. “Terrible hard push to sell Timeshare. Felt like a hostage situation , multiple calls. Ended up steering clear of the concierge and avoiding the welcome breakfast losing $40 because we didn’t show. Not too bothered about the $40 loss in place of avoided hearse sale tactics. Terrible to be bombarded and forced in to listening to timeshare pitch before even getting to our room or been given the keys . Only escorted to the room once we had listened to the initial Sales pitch. I do not recommend this……
