“Very rude receptionists, not friendly and unhelpful. Called ahead of booking and was told by the staff breakfast was included with the booking, showed up and was told we had a pay £12 a day per person for breakfast. Ended up paying an additional £120 for two nights for 4 of us. Receptionists were rude about the situation. We booked a room with a balcony and did not receive the room we booked. Other members of the family received the balcony room and during the night it had rained and water……
