My husband and I found this to be the perfect location for hiking at Watkins Glen & visiting local wineries and breweries. I enjoyed reading my book on the deck while having my morning coffee. The hosts left plenty of literature to help us become acquainted with the area and spoiled us with snacks, a bottle of wine……

“Great place located near the event I was going to. If you're a light sleeper though might be a bit rough. As it's under some apartments and sound travels from them clearly. ”

“We were visiting the area for Ithaca College’s commencement. Great to be away from the downtown hotels who seem to double and triple their prices for college events. The apartment was 18 miles away and it was so peaceful. The unit was immaculately cleaned. We were treated to a bottle of local wine and a gift card for the downstairs coffee shop. I am only sad we did not find it sooner, before our daughter graduated. Can’t wait to come back.”
