“Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay for 5 days. Great amenities that included dish washing soap to wash the dishes easily and laundry detergent and washer/dryer to do our laundry. Kitchen, living room and two bedrooms were all clean and very spacious. We didn’t get to use tye outdoor firepit, and we had the entire backyard to ourselves as it was an offseason stay. We will definitely recommend this place/host and hoping to come back when we visit the finger lakes region again.”

“I am so happy we picked this cute studio loft for our visit. In addition to the excellent location, the studio was remodeled perfectly and equipped with top of the line amenities... better than any hotel! Our pup enjoyed it as well, and she must have been comfy because she didn't wake us up all three nights we were there... which is rare for her! The only downside was the stairs were rough for her, so we had to carry her up & down (she is a 14 year old beagle & we wanted to be cautious). But I……

“Perfect place to stay in Penn Yan. The wine bar below is a gem! Couple that owns it is lovely and food, drinks and service was great! Definitely make a reservation for brunch! The only little down side of this place was the steep steps to carry up luggage. We underestimated the time to take our luggage down and around back to the car. It was lovely place to stay. Highly reccomend!”

“This rental has a scenic view, while being so close to town and Watkins Glen State Park. It is also an easy drive to many wineries and we easily drove to Keuka Lake and Ithaca on separate occasions. So many beautiful places and delicious wines close by! ”
