“This property is tucked away in the cobblestone streets an easy 5 minute walk to the plaza. The two twin room was nice and there was hot-ish water and a hair dryer. The patio had the most wonderful view. We didn’t get to eat breakfast since we had an early tour. I appreciated that they had both purified and boiled water and a lot of it for guests so we could fill our water bottles before our trek. The only thing was our 3rd floor room, although quiet, was quite cold. Colder than the temperature……
“The ground floor rooms were fairly cold at night which i liked. The staff found garbage bags to tape to the hallway window for me because it was letting in too much light. The hallways can be a bit loud if other guests are making noise, but i didnt have too much issue with it”
“Excelente Hotel, no hay nada de lo que me pueda quejar. La atención, la comida, el lugar, el servicio 100% recomendado. Enamorada de este lugar. Por supuesto volveremos a mi esposo le encantó. ”
“As pessoas são muito simpáticas, nos acolheram muito bem. O local tem tudo que é necessário para uma noite em Ollantaytambo (água quente, cama confortável e quarto limpo). A paisagem do hotel é maravilhosa. Recomendo. ”
“This hotel is fantastic! The owners and staff are the kindest, most welcoming, helpful and caring people we have met. The breakfast is delicious and the rooms and grounds are comfortable and beautiful! We loved it and highly recommend staying here. We only wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely stay here again when we return to this beautiful town. ”
“We had a great experience at Kenti’s. The staff is super friendly. Great breakfast. And I can tell you on good authority since this was my 5th time in Ollantaytambo, EXCELLENT hot water/shower situation. Very nice garden to chill in as well. ”
“This is a very nice hotel with an excellent location just a short walk from the train station, making it extremely convenient for travelers. The rooms are comfortable and well-kept, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring. The restaurant was a highlight—delicious food with great variety, beautifully prepared and presented. What really stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.……
“this place is small and quaint. located in the perfect area, close to the small plaza for shopping, eating and located close to the train station to Macchu Picchu. The service was what I most liked. The host was very attentive and kind. ”
“The host is awesome. Waking up early at 4am to help me store my luggage and prepare a takeaway breakfast for me for my Machu Picchu tirp! Really appreciate that!”
“The room was just average and not very clean, and it was not worth $40.
The manager and staff were very irresponsible. Most staff didn't speak in English. The breakfast serving was very slow.
I gave them my laundry, and 2 days later, they almost lost my laundry. After a long while (it wasted lots of time), they found my laundry, but it didn't be washed. The manager just hid behind the door and left other staffs who couldn't speak in English to talk to us. They didn't even say sorry about it.……
