“I enjoyed my stay here. The place is one of a kind and each room is unique. I was reluctant at first because of the shared bathroom, but I never had issues when I needed to use it. There is also an additional bathroom outside that I didn’t read about or see until my last night. The outdoor hot tub and shower were all placed uniquely in the back of the property amongst nature. The location is super remote and takes some patience trying to find, but you stay here for that reason — off the beaten……

“Clear communication, easy to find, great location for Hilo activities as well as Volcanoes National Park. Jeff greeted us and was available for any questions we had.Really felt like home with the amenities, so very comfortable! “Pros: This is our first time staying at a lodge like this, so close to nature, just like camping. You will hear coqui frog whole night & seeing them jumping next to your door step. Animals free roaming, peacocks, ducks, chicken. Kids loved it. Cons: There is barely any light at night in the Property…so if you come back late, it’s a bit challenging to find your cabin.”

“Even though the location is abit difficult to find, it is one of the best place to stay as the host is very nice and happy to serve us. We had a very good time experiencing the local culture. Very good experience. ”
