“Excellent accommodations. Exceptionally clean. We have stayed in Volcano 2 times before in the Hiiaka House…which is no longer a rental. I found Jungalo Bungalow online and liked what I saw. I strongly recommend a stay here if the Volcano National Park is in your plans. …or one could choose to stay at Volcano House for hundreds of dollars more plus having to buy all your meals! We were very pleased with Jungalo Bungalow!”

“We highly recommend this property. Very relaxing location right by the ocean, you can hear the waves crashing on the rocks below. Beautiful view of the sunrise from the upstairs or downstairs porches.This house is on the edge of a sea cliff so does not have direct access to the waterfront or a beach. Nonetheless it is an excellent base for exploring The Big Island. Quick drive of 5 minutes into the heart of Hilo. Approximately hour and a half to Kona/West coast depending on where you are……

“8 of us stayed at this wonderful property (5 adults and 3 kids under 10). It was just perfect. The house is extremely comfortable and everyone had their own space. We loved the location as for us we wanted to explore Volcano National Park and much of the east side of the island. We did go to Kona for a day which was easily accessible as well.
