The check-in process was extremely easy, though we did have to reach out to the host to confirm the process. We would have loved sheets on the bed in addition to the blankets. “As stated in the title, this property is the perfect location if you are desiring easy access to all Hilo has to offer but also prefer to enjoy both quiet and privacy. The check in process was the easiest I have experienced among several stays at other locations. The email with the check in information was sent a couple of days before, the lock box and associated lock worked well, and when I did have a question, I had no problem contacting the property manager. I think that perhaps the home……
