“Beautiful view of the water and park below. The condo was clean, comfortable, well-stocked with appliances, silverware, and toiletries. The Air Conditioning worked very well. The location is central to everything you would want to do in Hilo and it was nice and quiet in the evenings and throughout the night. My family enjoyed staying here and would stay here again. Communication with the VRBO owner was always fast with prompt and courteous messages and responses.”

“The resort community was great. It is sad to see abandoned golf resort buildings around the area. But the resort itself felt very safe. Despite no air conditioning, the combination of ocean breeze and ceiling fans were still great.”

“The views through the sliding glass windows in both the living room & bedroom are eye popping serenity and beauty looking at the verdant Wailoa Park and the big sky. Easy walk into town, short strolls and picnics in the park and manageable walks to the Bay and onto Banyan Drive for the park, restaurants, Banyan Gallery, etc. RECOMMEND: Changing out the coffee mugs which all have cracks and replacing the vegetable peeler which is so flimsy that I was afraid I'd cut myself.
