“The view from the upstairs deck is so amazing. We brought binoculars and we could see dolphins across the bay. While we were there the neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen was well stocked. I found the photos of the house misleading due to the house being more worn out than is shown in the photos. The bathroom upstairs is small. The setup downstairs is odd. The downstairs rooms are not connected with the upstairs and so families should be aware that those rooms would not work for small……

“Our host as very accommodating and responded to anything we needed. The daylight lower apartment is nicely set up. We could see a little view of trees and the water from the small deck with a surrounding flowering garden.We were able to make meals on the hot plate and small refrigerator provided. A microwave and coffee pot is available too. The bathroom is beautiful and the bed comfortable. It was in a neighborhood, so stores are 20 to 30 minutes away. “Perfect location for a visit to Volcanos National Park. Very cute house, comfortable beds, basic kitchen supplies and spices to cook own meals. We loved the cookies provided! The hot tub was amazing, even with an outdoor shower. The gardens were lovely. Yes, the house was a bit musty, but this is to be expected in a humid environment.
