“Check in is not until 3pm and the property could not allow us to check in earlier. We had arrived on the early morning flight so got to the island for 9.30am. After a long flight we were tired and could not shower etc so spent the majority of the day on the beach which was not ideal with a child. I would offer feedback to the island in terms of moving their check in time to earlier and having some flexibility. ”

“We stayed at Rixos for a week (May to June 2025) and it was great, the rooms were clean and the service was fantastic, especially from Manoj, Qaisar and Oye. I would highly recommend it for families and i would stay here again.”
