“Could upgrade breakfast”

“We had a very pleasant experience at the Palette Luxury Mirage Hotel in Jeddah. We booked two rooms through Hotels.com. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we were surprised to find that only one room had been confirmed in their system, even though we had been charged for two rooms. Hana, a staff member at the hotel, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She stayed with us and worked tirelessly with customer service until the issue was resolved. Thanks to her efforts, we were successfully……

“I liked everything about this apartment/hotel. Staff is very friendly. Everything is super clean. When you request an Uber, it arrives immediately. Just down the street there is an excellent restaurant. A.C. works well. I would definitely stay here again. I was a solo female and felt very safe.”

“What a spectacular find in Jeddah. Usually I would stay further south in the city. However, this location is so much better. It's safer. It's closer to a world of choices of food to pick from. On top of all these, the service is great, the place is kept clean and the food provided is abundant and clean. ”

“My room had mosquitoes in it, and when I called the reception they told me that whole Jeddah has mosquitoes. I’m not sure they expect everyone to sleep with mosquitoes in the room. I got bitten a couple of times but I managed to kill 2 mosquitoes the next day. However the hotel was nice and in good location. I would have given it 5 stars if there were no mosquitoes, and I didn’t like how they handled the situation when I told them about it. ”
