“We stayed in Panoramic hotel Plaza for 5 nights.This was a poor choice. Although the location is good which is close to shopping centre but the service and food in hotel were terrible. We have booked two junior suite with one room with two separate beds, they couldnt offer us but ask one of our guest to sleep on soffa bed instead. They have ignored our request in booking. They offer us to stay in 6/F junior suite but it was dark and old. Luckily we stay in junior suites in the top floors so they……

“The room was spacious and beautiful. The service was excellent. I stayed here for St. Anthony’s feast day and so happy I did. The property is right across the street from the basilica. I was able to join the procession at it left the church, follow it for a few blocks and return to my room just in time to watch the procession return to the church from my room window. It’s so conveniently located to Prato Del Valle, Piazza Girabaldi and Piazza Del Duomo. ”

“It was a nice stay, but there's room for improvements. Upon entry you have to enter the "ZTL" zone and there's not much instruction on where to park when coming front the front reception. Front desk staff was good. The room was clean but it wasn't the double bed suite we booked online. We asked for two beds as we booked, not one double, and we were down graded to a lesser room. Then we had to pay more to the hotel for this room. The room's AC is controlled by the front desk and barely cools the……
