Staff - all the staffs are friendly and helpful. Food - quality of in room dining and restaurant are good. Bad: Toilet is too old for 5 stars hotel, there was only bath and no shower. There was no cover for the bath which makes it’s difficult to shower.”

“Near by several docks so it is easy for water bus transportation. Staff are friendly and nice. Breakfast is very good. Beds are comfortable. Room is not big and enough to stay. We would like to come back again. ”

“酒店旁边的餐厅 味道巨好 我开车去的，所以查的时候 选的是有停车场的 第一次去威尼斯也不懂 比较二 以为可以开到酒店。 我们停车的地方到酒店两公里吧 各种桥要搬行李 酒店没有电梯 但是服务态度不错。钥匙上坠的东西巨重，因此酒店会让旅客出门前把钥匙放他们那保管。”
