“We had an amazing stay here, upon arrival we noted that there was plenty of available parking spaces and we received a lovely welcome from the staff.
Over the weekend, we often enjoyed a few drinks in the pub as well as a lovely dinner there. We were made to feel very comfortable, welcomed and relaxed at all times.
The food was very good (especially the freshly cooked breakfast made to order).

“The owner was so helpful and went above and beyond to get us to our event nearby. We had a very comfortable night; the rooms were clean with the usual facilities (tea and coffee) that you’d expect with bottled water and fresh milk provided in the fridge. The Inn is superbly located as just a few miles from Cambridge. A good choice of breakfast provided. Would definitely return. ”
“The hotel room can be quite noisy. Between 7:00-8:00 AM, there are noticeable sounds of goods being moved, trash bins being handled, and glass bottles being sorted, which may disturb light sleepers. If you prefer to sleep in past 7 AM, this might not be the best choice. Additionally, the room temperature tends to fluctuate between too cold and too hot, making it challenging to stay comfortable throughout the night.”

Easy to get to town centre and there is a big Sainsbury’s supermarket next to the hotel, very convenient.

“This is a beautiful B&B in a quiet residential area. The large garden is a perfect place to relax and defuse after a busy day. There is also a big public park a short distance away that has football nets, basketball, tennis, etc. The Holly Tree is walking distance from the bus station where there is a bus going downtown every 5 minutes. It is also walking distance from the medical complex, making it very helpful for the families of people in Addenbrook's or Royal Papworth.

“The location is great and very convenient. However, the lack of soundproofing is an issue—you can hear every movement from the floor above. Improved soundproofing would make the stay much more comfortable.”
