“We were able to have the same room as different members stayed over for parts of an important weekend. Friendly staff and good place to all feel safe and comfortable. The building was being remodeled though. Anytime a place needs to revamp, it's inconvenient. It was noiser as a result, which is reflected in the final score. Other than that, would've been tops!”

“Friendly staff and very clean hotel and casino. The deli had tremendous options and was very good. The slots were allowing you to play through the night which is great and managed to come away with cash in my pocket. One down side, it says refrigerator available upon request. However, none were to be found. Made due with ice and a bucket. ”

“We were very comfortable for our stay at Fairfield Inn Joplin. The bed was very comfortable, linens were soft and clean. There was no noise from the hallway or other guests. The bedroom was a bit small but the handicap accessible bathroom was absolutely *wonderful*. My husband and I are both physically handicapped and having the luxury of the walk in shower and rainforest showehead was simply delightful. The room and bathroom were very clean. “We have stayed here many times and have always had a great experience with the staff and the hotel rooms. However, the slots seemed extra tight and didn't win enough to just keep playing. It was so bad we were to stay there on our return trip home a few days later. We changed to another local Casino and came out much better. ”

“Convenient location. Rather quiet considering the property is so close to the interstate. Nice comfortable bed with a nice pillow topper. Hot breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and all the continental stuff too.”
