“This accomodation is apparently the newest in Rotorua and definitely did not disappoint. The property looked modern and clean from the outside with decent number of parking available which is controlled so you know you won't have to fight over your parking spot with other guests.
The rooms are nicely sized, with large, comfortable beds. Everything looks modern as well and still looks clean and new. The bathroom is nice and spacious and the underfloor heating and towel heater is a nice touch……

“Absolutely gorgeous location right on the lake. Loved the hot tub and stepping out directly to the lake. Breakfast was outstanding, especially the coffee each morning. Highly recommend!”
“The place was much older than the photos made it look. Yes it was a design house at some time in the past, but now it looks old and shows its age. The location is also hard to gwt to due to where it is on a busy road.
It was not particularly close to the lake or park as the description made it sound. Having said that, the house is maintained well but cannot hide its age. ”
