“Once arriving to the property in Rancho Mirage, we were met with wonderful service. Everyone had a smile on their faces and couldn’t be more helpful. The BalconyKing Room is so comfortable and I love the huge bathtub. ”

“The mattress in the room was very warpped and sinking into the center of the bed so unfortunately endured some back pain. The pool was not very clean or upkept for both times I went over to the pool, dirty food from other customers, towels, lots of lounge chairs were not in order as well as very dusty. The hot tub did not look clean.”
