“We had a lovely stay at this mid century, modern home. The backyard was stunning with all the foliage, palm trees south facing mountain, large heated, pool and hot tub. The golf cart was a great addition. Easy access. Margot, the owner and Kevin responded immediately with any questions or concerns. I look forward to returning to this little piece of paradise.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Extremely well stocked kitchen. Pool was great and fresh fruit in yard a plus (pink grapefruit!!!) with lovely citrus scent outside.Furniture was either like new OR ratty and falling apart - especially main white sectional couch with disintegrating leather that got all over the floor.Main complaint was the strange and dangerous 4 or 6 inch half step that bisected the living room. It is marked with blue tape, but we still all almost bit it multiple……

“Wow, such a lovely desert vacation property! We enjoyed spending several months at this beautiful villa! We instantly felt comfortable and at home as we settled into a very clean and well maintained home. We very much appreciated the hosts’ thoughtfulness in providing all the necessities as well as an array of food and beverages upon check in, we were well set up for the entire first week! “House is in a beautiful area. Home needs a deep cleaning. More cleaning supplies would help. Barbecue area unusable as far as we were concerned. All of the barbecue equipment was old and dirty. Rental was overpriced. Kitchen supplies were archaic and poorly supplied. Pool area nice but the furniture was old and dirty. Beds were fine. Bathrooms were okay. The floors were nice but dirty. No adequate toaster, we bought our own. We also bought our own dishes and silverware. Overall the house needs a……

“This home provides a great escape to the Palm Desert area. The neighborhood is quiet and the home is well-appointed. The communication was easy, accurate, and prompt. While everything was great I offer the following (not criticisms at all): 1. The bed in the primary bedroom was firm, very firm. It surprised me, but I slept well. 2. The room was very bright as soon as the sun came up. I recommend an eye mask for people who like darker rooms.”
