The Hudson river is about a 10 min walk with great views of NYC skyline. Total recommend its nice, safe and clean apartment and AJ was awesome and very responsive. ”

Having lived in Manhattan in the 80's, I knew the part of town that would be the best home base for most of our activiites but did not want a mega-hotel environment. This property exceeded our highest hopes! Two "short" blocks from the center of Central Park South placed us within safe walking distance of sites, dining and shopping in every direction. “Overall the property is good for a NYC stay, Our main complaint was the cleanliness of the unit, the bathroom smelled of urine until we cleaned the walls, floor and toilet base and the shower walls had stuck on debris and hair. The lack of attention to overall cleanliness didn't stop there, the couch had bits of food stuck in the cushions and clearly they had not cleaned this for many stays before us. Then there was stained sheets on one of the beds in the bedroom, Also even though the host was……
