“We arrived very early so the room wasn't ready understandably, they took our number and phoned us as soon as it was, which was 2 hours before check in. Room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. The staff were polite, helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and hot”

“We enjoyed our stay. It is a lively part of town, and we were there during the Music Festival. There was some maintenance to be done, and I have privately messaged the owner in hopes it is can be fixed so others do not have the same problem. ”

“The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The location was excellent as it was a short walking distance to all of the tourist areas and attractions. We appreciated the free on site parking. The breakfast was wonderful and the beer garden was a very nice area in which to relax. The windows in our room were very dirty and little bugs gathered around the lights at night. It was also very noisy as the music from the beer garden drifted up to our windows and the noise from the crowd there……

“We had a lovely one night stay recently for a wedding we were attending in the rivercourt hotel, it was amazing value for money. The man dealing with us on check in was so so kind and chatty, we had arranged early check in prior to our stay and this was absolutely no problem which was great. However, I was informed that my teenagers, aged 14 and 16, couldn't use the pool without supervision. Additionally, the garage across the street had a non-functional elevator, which made handling our luggage quite challenging.”
