“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”

“What an awesome bespoke experience. The property is gorgeous with an eclectic collection of art and decor. The proprietor was super friendly and helpful. It is located near a number of wonderful restaurants and markets and near the churches which are great for sight seeing. It is about a 10 minute walk from the train station. I highly recommend! ”

Unico neo, che al nostro arrivo, l’albergo non aveva la prenotazione in quanto Expedia non l’aveva comunicata, comunque la proprietaria ha provveduto con molta professionalità a trovarci la sistemazione e per questo la ringraziamo.”
“Ariana was so incredibly nice, helpful, and accommodating! We arrived there at 11pm and discovered my hubby left his passport on the train. She immediately drove him to the train station and police department. The next morning we left very early to go to another city to get an emergency passport. She went so above and beyond to help us. She went to the port to see how late we could check in for our cruise and also found out for us if we could check in from the next city if we couldn’t be back in……
