“We were a group of 9 who were in Italy for a Dragonboat race in early September. Allesandro's property was perfect for all of us and was very much as described. The decor was interesting and fun, we enjoyed spending time in the front room with lots of space for all of us to relax on the sofas there. There were plenty of linens for the beds and lots of towels not only for use in the house but more than enough for our trips to the beach (a short walk away) as well. We arrived to find a basket……

“We came to Italy to compete at the Dragonboat Club Crew World Championships. We are a big team so having such a beautiful large and spacious accommodation made our experience very memorable. We could relax after a long day of competition and find many private areas when we were looking for solitude. I strongly recommend this property to any sports team looking for accommodation. We even hired a private chef to come every other night. Made our liver very convenient while the food was delicious.”

“leider entsprach es nicht ganz dem was wir uns gewünscht haben. Auf den Fotos hat es Rasen. Als wir ankamen gab es nur Sand, Dornen und Tannennadeln. Sodass wir am Tag 2-3 Dornen dem Hund entfernen mussten. Auch die Kinder standen auf Dornen. wir konnten somit den Garten mit Kind und Hund nicht benutzen.... Die Dusche wie auch die Küche mussten wir putzen und unter den Betten gab es Staub der älter als 1 Woche war. Nicht gerade toll. einen Dampfabzug gibt es jedoch ohne Abzugsrohr! und das eine……

“Our 2 week stay at Villa Belevedere was amazing! We chose this location because of the close proximity to my sister who lives in Italy. There are 10 of us in our family and wanted to be able to all stay together and this was the perfect solution! It was big enough to give us all our own space and also to gather as a family. The infinity pool is amazing and the jacuzzi/fitness room was another bonus! The house is beautiful with stunning views and Vanessa and her husband were exceptional hosts and……

“We had a good time and the flat is only a few meter from the beach. Te sea is very flat and therefore perfect for little childrens.”

“Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Etwas altbacken, aber OK. Der hintere Garten ist quasi nicht nutzbar, da dort weder Stühle noch Sonnenschirme vorhanden sind. Dafür ist die Terrasse vorne sehr schön und die reicht vollkommen aus. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur Vear war hervorragend! Zur Lage : Man kann zum Strand laufen, jedoch ist dort fast alles privat mit Sonnenliegen belegt, bis auf ein kleines Stück Freien Strand. In 5 Minuten Autofahrt erreicht man aber einen tollen, großen, freien……

“Non entro nel merito del fatto che la struttura fosse interamente occupata quando ci siamo presentati dopo aver regolarmente pagato e prenotato 15 giorni prima del nostro arrivo. Può capitare a tutti di sbagliare, e in un periodo di grande affluenza turistica può capitare di incappare in un overbooking. Quello che però non ho davvero tollerato l'indifferenza del proprietario che, piuttosto che cercare di trovare una soluzione dopo aver lasciato a piedi 6 ragazzi che si erano fatti 300km, ha……
